Three days lets you enjoy Bled properly and still spend a day in Bohinj, Pokljuka or Kranjska Gora.
Day one: classic Bled
Walk the lake, choose the castle or island and keep the evening quiet.
Day two: nature
Choose Bohinj or Pokljuka. Bohinj works for water and a slower day. Pokljuka works for forest, cooler air and hiking access.
Day three: a different Alpine direction
Kranjska Gora gives you Jasna, Zelenci and the Vršič direction. If you want less driving, use Radovljica or Vintgar instead.
